Feeling nervous about getting a facial or unsure about what to expect? Here are a few do’s and don’ts to get you ready for your facial appointment!

DO make a list to tell me of any medications you’re taking, even if you think they are insignificant.
DO tell me about what skincare products and ingredients you’re currently using, such as Retin-A, Differin and other prescription topicals.
DON’T use a tanning bed or lay out in the sun for at least a week leading up to your appointment.
DON’T exfoliate your face before coming in for at least a few days. Let me do that for you!
And lastly, DON’T be afraid to ask questions!
